Finn O’Keeffe

Finn works across Scarlatti’s data science projects, with a focus on workforce research, IDI analytics and insights, data engineering and impact modelling. He is often involved in projects where clients need to bring together complex data, understand patterns and trends, and translate analysis into evidence that can support planning, policy or investment decisions.

In workforce research, Finn helps build a clearer picture of current and future workforce needs, gaps and risks. His work with IDI and other administrative datasets supports deeper insight into outcomes across populations, regions and sectors. He also contributes to the data foundations that make analysis, reporting and future modelling more reliable and usable.

Finn particularly enjoys solving difficult conceptual and mathematical problems. He brings careful analytical thinking to his work, helping turn complex or messy data into clearer insight for decision-making.

Finn holds a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Mathematical Physics.
