Hannah works across Scarlatti’s data science projects, with a focus on workforce research, IDI analytics and insights and data visualisation. Her work helps our clients make sense of complex data so they can better understand workforce needs, outcomes and trends.
Hannah is experienced at bringing together data from multiple sources, her work with data and analysis supports clients to move from complex information to clearer insight about what to focus on next. Within her workforce research projects, she helps build evidence about what is happening across a workforce, how this is changing over time, and where future needs, gaps or pressure points may emerge.
Hannah also undertakes IDI analytics and data visualisation work. This includes helping explore outcomes across groups, regions and sectors, and supporting outputs such as dashboards, reports, visual summaries and data stories that make information easier to understand and use.
Hannah holds a Master of Health, Sport and Human Performance with First Class Honours, and a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics.
