We answer questions like
- What is happening for different groups and how is this changing over time?
- Where are there inequities in outcomes, and who is most affected?
- What impact are training, employment, or policy settings having?
- How do outcomes differ across regions, sectors, or population groups?
- What does the data tell us about future workforce or regional needs?
How it works
We use the IDI to build a longitudinal view of populations across New Zealand, allowing us to explore patterns, trends, and outcomes over time. We analyse linked data to identify differences across groups, regions, and sectors, and to understand drivers of outcomes.
This is combined with practical interpretation to ensure insights are relevant to your decisions. Findings are translated into clear, accessible outputs such as dashboards, infographics, and data stories.
What this helps you do
Understand outcomes across different population groups, regions and sectors.
Identify inequities, gaps and opportunities for intervention.
Generate new insights from linked data where evidence is limited.
Make robust, evidence-based decisions using rich, longitudinal data.
Why us?
Our strength is working with large, linked datasets and translating them into clear answers to complex questions. We go beyond analysis to provide interpretation that supports real-world decisions. We partner closely with our clients to ensure insights are understood, trusted, and applied.
