Lucia works across Scarlatti’s monitoring and evaluation, agricultural extension and data visualisation projects. Her work helps clients make sense of complex information, understand what is happening in practice, and turn evidence into clear, usable insights.

Lucia enjoys working across the full project cycle, from design and planning, data collection and analysis, through to reporting and visual outputs. Her projects often sit at the point where programmes need both structure and sense-making. She leads evaluation and extension work by designing practical approaches for gathering, organising and interpreting evidence, including monitoring data, interviews, survey results and operational insights.

Lucia has a strong interest in data storytelling and visualisation. She helps turn complex information into accessible dashboards, reports and visual summaries that support decision-making, communication and learning. Her strength is in making information easier to understand and use, helping teams see what matters most and what to do next.

Lucia has a Master of Education from the University of Auckland, where she studied the academic, social, and emotional outcomes of students with high academic abilities and how to better meet their needs.
