Dana leads Scarlatti’s organisational development team, with particular expertise in psychosocial risk assessment, strategy facilitation and people and behaviour research. She brings more than 30 years’ experience helping organisations understand their people, navigate complexity and design practical approaches that support wellbeing, performance and change.

In psychosocial risk assessment, Dana supports organisations to identify and understand the factors that affect wellbeing at work, involve staff in safe and respectful ways, and translate evidence into clear priorities and actions. In strategy facilitation, she helps teams work through complex questions, bring different perspectives together, and move from discussion to clear direction and next steps.

Dana is often involved where organisations need to work through sensitive or complex topics. Her work helps clients understand what is happening across their organisation, what is driving wellbeing and performance risks, and what practical steps can be taken to create healthier, more effective workplaces. She enjoys questioning the status quo and finding new ways to approach old dilemmas, helping our clients move beyond tick-box responses to solutions that fit their people, context and goals.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Psychology, with postgraduate studies in physiology. She has also practised as a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and wellness coach for many years. Dana is also a published author of literary fiction.
