Stella works across Scarlatti’s strategy facilitation, psychosocial risk assessment, people and behaviour research and evaluation projects. Her work helps our clients understand complex issues, bring different perspectives together and turn evidence into practical insight.

She is often involved in projects where organisations need to navigate sensitive topics, understand people’s experiences, or identify what needs to change. Stella supports thoughtful, respectful approaches to gathering staff and stakeholder perspectives.

Stella helps our clients work through complex questions, understand what is happening in practice, and identify clear priorities or next steps. Her work is grounded in careful research, real-world analysis and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. She is passionate about creating solutions that support meaningful change for communities.

Stella holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science, and a Master’s in Policy and Governance from the University of Canterbury.
