Superpower Decluttering Fixation Nathan Fielder shows

Hadleigh works across Scarlatti’s agricultural extension, project management and monitoring and evaluation projects. With a background in both social science and data science, he brings a mix of technical understanding, clear thinking and strong interpersonal skills to complex, multi-stakeholder work.

His projects often involve helping clients make sense of programmes, investments or initiatives where there are multiple moving parts and different perspectives. Hadleigh is often involved across the full lifecycle of a project, from designing frameworks and gathering evidence through to analysing findings and presenting insights.

Hadleigh’s strength is in combining careful analysis with people-centred sense-making. He enjoys wrapping his head around complex or unfamiliar concepts, asking the right questions, and understanding what different audiences need from a piece of research. He is particularly skilled at turning complex information into clear, well-structured findings that support better decisions.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Religious Studies and English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Master of Applied Data Science with Distinction from the University of Canterbury.
