Hannah works across Scarlatti’s data science projects, particularly those involving workforce research, data visualisation and IDI analytics and insights. Her work often involves bringing together data from multiple sources to build a clear picture of what is happening, how things are changing over time, and what this means for planning, investment and decision-making.
In workforce research, Hannah helps clients understand current and future workforce dynamics, including trends, gaps, risks, pressure points and pathways. Her work supports evidence-based decisions about workforce planning, training, policy and investment.
Hannah enjoys translating complex datasets into clear, accessible outputs such as dashboards, reports, visual summaries and data stories. Her focus is on making sure data is not just analysed but understood and used by clients and stakeholders.
Hannah holds a Master of Science, majoring in Statistics, from the University of Auckland.
