Who this coaching is for
This coaching is designed for people who think AI could help in their work, but are not sure where to start, what is worth trying, or how to use it well. You bring a task, problem or workflow you think AI might help with. We help you understand where AI could add value, where it is likely to disappoint, and how to use it safely and practically in your context.
We will not oversell what AI can do or push tools and services you do not need. You will come away with useful ideas and skills, and the ability to better assess where AI is not the right tool for the task.
What we help you work through
Together, we can help you:
- Identify where AI could genuinely help in your tasks or workflows
- Test practical ways to save time, reduce effort or improve quality
- Understand what AI is useful for, and what it is not
- Use AI safely and confidently while staying in control
- Build prompts, processes and review habits you can keep using.

We start with a free 15 minute call to understand what you want help with and whether coaching is likely to be useful. From there, we usually work through four one-hour sessions:
- Format and delivery
- Coaching can be delivered as a structured four-session programme, on-demand hourly support, or small group coaching for people working on similar tasks or workflows. Sessions can be delivered online or in person by arrangement.
