Zoe leads Scarlatti’s work on Vocina, our AI voice agent for gathering richer, more natural insight at scale. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, research, evidence and decision-making, with a focus on turning complex information into practical value for our clients.

Zoe plays a central role in shaping how Vocina is designed, tested and applied across real-world projects. Her work brings together strong research thinking, market analysis and practical application. Zoe is particularly focused on making sure AI tools are purposeful, responsible and useful in context. She helps design approaches that gather meaningful evidence, support robust interpretation, and turn findings into insights that are clear and actionable.

Zoe’s strength is in finding the “so what” in complex information. She enjoys working through large or messy evidence bases, identifying what matters most and why, and helping clients understand what this means for their next decision.

Zoe holds a PhD in Marketing and has a longstanding interest in research, sustainability and understanding what drives meaningful outcomes.
