Hannah works across Scarlatti’s psychosocial risk assessment and people and behaviour research projects. She has been a key part of building Unità, Scarlatti’s psychosocial risk management platform.
Hannah is passionate about developing fit-for-purpose solutions that help organisations prevent harm, meet their responsibilities, and look after their people. Her work supports organisations to understand psychosocial risks in their workplace, identify what is driving those risks, and take practical steps to manage them in a way that is meaningful and proportionate.
Hannah’s work draws strongly on people and behaviour research. She helps organisations understand what people are experiencing, what is shaping those experiences, and where barriers, needs or opportunities are emerging. This includes designing respectful ways to gather staff and stakeholder perspectives, making sense of complex or sensitive feedback, and translating what people share into clear, practical insight.
She focuses on making sure our methods are robust, user-friendly and accessible, so organisations can build confidence, strengthen capability and stay ahead of emerging wellbeing and psychosocial risk challenges.
Hannah holds a first-class honours degree in Psychology and a major in Education from the University of Otago, Dunedin.
