Extension strategy

Confidently set your extension direction and define what needs to change.

We answer questions like

  • What are we trying to change, and for who?
  • What needs to happen first to drive adoption?
  • How do we move from activity to a clear pathway for change?
  • How do we align teams, partners, and channels into a coherent approach?
  • What should we prioritise, and what should we stop or sequence over time?

How it works

We develop clear, fit-for-purpose extension strategies that set direction and bring structure to delivery. We work with you to define what change is needed, who it is for, and what success looks like. Our approach uses a Theory of Change to map a clear pathway from activity through to adoption and outcomes, making assumptions explicit along the way. We prioritise end users, identifying key audiences, what matters to them, and the barriers to uptake.

Co-design is central. We bring together end users, partners, and delivery teams to build shared ownership and alignment. We also build in flexibility, so strategies can adapt as conditions change and learning emerges.
