Grace works across Scarlatti’s monitoring and evaluation, people and behaviour research and extension projects. Her work supports our clients to understand what is happening across programmes and initiatives, what the evidence is telling them, and what this means for future decisions.
Grace is often involved in the delivery of monitoring and evaluation projects, including gathering and organising evidence, supporting analysis, synthesising findings, and translating insights into clear outputs for clients. She values thinking critically about the real-world applications and implications of research, particularly where evidence can support equitable outcomes for people and environment.
Grace is known for her creativity and design skills, which help elevate Scarlatti’s outputs for our clients. She enjoys making findings clear, accessible and visually engaging, so insights are easier to understand, share and use. She brings together careful thinking, creativity and communication. Whether she is working with research findings, evaluation evidence or visual outputs, Grace focuses on making information meaningful and useful for the people who need to act on it.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, and a Bachelor of Arts First Class Honours in Sociology from the University of Auckland.
