Grace works across our monitoring and evaluation, people and behaviour research and extension projects. Her work supports clients to understand what is happening across programmes and initiatives, what the evidence is telling them, and what this means for future decisions.
She is often involved in the delivery of monitoring and evaluation projects, including gathering and organising evidence, supporting analysis, synthesising findings, and translating insights into clear outputs. Grace values thinking critically about the real-world applications and implications of research, particularly where evidence can support equitable outcomes for people and the environment.
Grace is known for her creativity and design skills, which elevates our outputs. She enjoys making findings clear, accessible and visually engaging. Whether she is working with research findings or evaluation evidence, Grace combines careful thinking, creativity and communication to make information meaningful and easy to understand, share and use.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, and a Bachelor of Arts First Class Honours in Sociology from the University of Auckland.
