Claudia Apeldoorn
Superpower Optimism under pressure Fixation Turning any casual walk into a full strategic life discussion
Claudia’s work spans project management, strategy facilitation and people and behaviour research. She is often involved in messy, complex projects where different perspectives, priorities or cultures need to be brought together in a way that supports clear decisions and practical progress.
Her work often sits at the intersection of people, capability and strategy. Across project management, Claudia helps keep complex work moving by coordinating people, priorities and delivery. Through facilitation and people and behaviour research, she helps clients understand different perspectives, shape shared direction, and turn broad ideas into clear priorities, practical actions and fundable plans.
Claudia enjoys bridging the gap between aspirational, future-focused thinking and practical realities. She loves bringing people together to create a shared vision and consistently works to incorporate Te Ao Māori in how challenges and project development are approached.
Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours, majoring in Behavioural and Biological Sciences, from the University of Waikato. She is also a certified project management practitioner in PRINCE2, Agile and Change Management.
