Kayla works across Scarlatti’s monitoring and evaluation, people and behaviour research and data visualisation projects. Her work helps clients bring structure to complex information, understand what the evidence is saying, and communicate findings clearly to different audiences.

Kayla’s projects often involve helping clients understand how programmes or initiatives are working in practice. She supports evaluation and research projects by bringing together qualitative and quantitative evidence, including survey data, stakeholder feedback, monitoring data and other project information, to build a clear picture of what is happening and what it means.

She has a strong interest in turning data and insight into outputs that are useful, accessible and decision-focused. This includes designing surveys, analysing results, identifying patterns and themes, and developing dashboards or visual summaries that help clients see what matters most.

Kayla’s strength is in combining careful analysis with clear communication. She enjoys problem-solving and finding innovative ways to present findings so they can be understood and used by different audiences.

Kayla holds a PhD in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from the University of Waikato.
