How it works
We provide hands-on support to strengthen extension delivery in practice. We work alongside delivery teams to understand what is happening, identify where improvements can be made, and support teams to adapt as they go. This includes creating structured feedback loops so learning happens during delivery, not just at the end. We focus on prioritising effort, addressing barriers early, and improving consistency across teams and partners.
Where needed, we can also step in to support or lead delivery during critical phases, providing additional capacity or specialist facilitation.
