Extension teams are made up of awesome people trying to do amazing things, but how we measure the impact of the work these teams are doing?
We gain a comprehensive picture of the change required, determine priorities, and identify risks before completing a gap analysis. With this, we can make recommendations on priority areas and next steps.
A framework or logic model is created. This is a powerful tool for communication, and planning and growing a programme. The framework outlines each activity and respective outputs. This is the basis for monitoring progress, celebrating successes, and evaluating effectiveness.
We help you to design initiatives to make up your change programme. For example, communications, a website, field days, webinars, workshops, peer-to-peer learning and advice, or monitoring and evaluation.
